Growing up in South London Apex-Joe found his love of music through the underground scene that was ‘GRIME’ he began to write his own lyrics, feature on classic pirate radio shows, clash, and feature on international projects.

Apex-Joe’s love of Grime was expressed in his first ‘digital’ release of 2019 with ‘Grime Scene Law’ (produced by inksounds)

Although Apex-Joe is primarily known for doing Grime music he has always been versatile enough to flirt with other popular genres such as Hip Hop, Trap, Drill, Garage, Jungle, Dubstep and even Drum and bass.
